Details: Join Zach for a fascinating history lesson: The Martini vs The Martinez. Guests will learn the differences between the cocktails, sample each, and build their own garnishes along the way. All guests will also be given a complimentary bread basket to nibble on while they learn.

Details: Each guest will learn the steps on how to make a selection of old-fashioned cocktails, set in a flight of four. Our instructor, Zach, will go through each portion of the class describing each version of the cocktail, the history, and how to make it at home!

Cost: $50 + $5 gratuity for our class instructor

Details: Each guest will be guided through the process of making a flight of four cocktails, while eating bread and being given a cocktail-based history lesson from our instructor, Zach.

Cost: $75 + $7 gratuity for our class instructor

Cocktail Series: The Daisy- The History of an old Favorite Cocktail

When: Saturday, November 7th, 2026

Cost: $70 per guest, plus $5 gratuity

Each guest will have the chance to enjoy a series of cocktails, as well as light food options provided by the kitchen.

This class is intended for guests 21+. One ticket purchase is required for each participant.

A Bills-themed charcuterie class perfect for the season. Paired with an alcoholic beverage tutorial by Zach. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Bills gear or fall attire — or a mix of both!

Purchase includes a charcuterie tutorial, and one cocktail tutorial. The bar will remain open throughout the night, should guests desire another drink.
