What: BEB Cocktail History Class: Prohibition Cocktail Flight
Where: The Rooftop at Blue Eyed Baker, 636 East Fillmore Ave, East Aurora, NY 14052
When: Saturday, May 16th, 2026
Time: 2:30pm-4:30pm
Details: Each guest will be guided through the process of making a flight of four cocktails, while eating bread and being given a cocktail-based history lesson from our instructor, Zach.
Cost: $75 + $7 gratuity for our class instructor
Come have dinner at the Rooftop at BEB, and let us worry about the childcare!
What: BEB provided childcare while you enjoy a nice dinner together at the Rooftop!
When: Friday, April 10th, 2026
Time: Between 5pm and 7:30pm
Price: $15 per child
Details: Drop your kiddos off in our downstairs back Classroom dining area, where they will enjoy cookie decorating, crafts, and games, led by several of our very own sitters. In the meantime, you are freed up to enjoy a quiet drink and dinner at the Rooftop!
Children must be potty trained in order to attend
Children can be dropped off no earlier than 5pm, and must be picked up by 7:30pm
Once your “Child Care Ticket” has been purchased, a reservation will be created for the time slot you have selected. Please allow up to 1 business day for your reservation to be created.

Where: The Rooftop at Blue Eyed Baker, 636 East Fillmore Ave, East Aurora, NY 14052
When: Saturday, April 11th, 2026
Time: 2:30pm-4pm
Details: Each guest will start the class with one Old Fashioned, pre-made by Class Instructor, Zach. They will then be guided through the history of the Old Fashioned, during which the class will make their own Old Fashioned, to consume during the rest of the class. Guests will be given a bread basket to enjoy while they sip their beverages
Cost: $50 + $5 gratuity for our class instructor

Join us Team at the Rooftop, with our Wine Experts from ValVal, for a tour of pizza and wine!
What: Pizza + Wine Pairing- 6 Pizzas, 6 Wines, a whole night of fun!
