Built in 2024, the Blue Eyed Baker in East Aurora has cemented its status as a full-fledged culinary destination following its move and significant expansion to a new location at 636 E Fillmore Ave.
This new venue successfully merges the original beloved French-inspired artisan bakery with a modern, all-day restaurant concept, featuring an expanded scratch-made savory menu of artisanal pizzas, salads, and soups.

Enjoy the delicious food we have to offer on the go, or in the comfort of your home! Each order is prepared at the scheduled time of pick-up, to ensure you get the freshest meal for your day.

Have a party coming up and don’t know what to bring? Choose one of our many customizable cakes, cupcakes, or cut-out cookies that are sure to be the star of the show! Note that each custom order requires 5 days notice to complete.
CLASSES + EVENTS
Learn everything from making sourdough, macarons, decorating cakes, and cooking pizzas with your date! Not your thing? We also host numerous themed events throughout the year, so be sure to grab your tickets when they are on sale.
BOOK AN EVENT
Bridal + baby showers, birthday parties + celebrations are perfect for our spaces at Blue Eyed Baker! Catering from our menu is available upon request. We can host up to 45-60 guests in the rooftop space, and up to 40 guests in our bakery classroom space.
