This class is the next step on your cake decorating journey, where you will learn how to style a cake in a winter theme. Learn how to make our Italian meringue buttercream, which you’ll then use to decorate your cake. We will be going over some more advanced frosting techniques, so you can create your own masterpiece to take home. Cake decorating doesn’t have to be frustrating, so we are here to help you- whatever your skill level!
And a fun twist! This pinata style cake class will teach you how to core a cake and fill it with the Harry Potter House Sprinkle colors of your choice, creating a fun cascading sprinkle effect when the cake is cut!
What: Harry Potter Sorting Hat Cake Class
Where: 636 East Fillmore Ave, East Aurora, New York
When: Wednesday, October 15th, 2025 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
$85 per participant. Each participant will leave class with a 6” cake they decorate themselves.
