Come learn Cake Baking and Decorating with us, in this exclusive two-night course!

Night 1: Learn how to make batter, scale, and bake your very own cake. You will also learn how to make our Italian meringue buttercream which will then be used to decorate your cakes. We will be guiding you through consistencies, techniques and temperatures that are key to creating the perfect end product!

Night 2: Now comes the fun part…frosting and decorating! You will be using your buttercream from the first night of class, and learning how to get the perfect consistency to frost your cakes. Our pastry chefs will guide you through different frosting techniques as well as different piping styles. Practice makes perfect and we are here to help you in your decorating journey no matter your skill level!

What: Two Night cake baking and decorating class

Where: 636 East Fillmore Ave, East Aurora, New York

When: Monday, May 20th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm AND Tuesday, May 21st from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

$105 per participant. Each participant will bake and decorate their own 6” cake to take home with them at the end of the second night.
