French Macarons are what we are known for, and we want to show you how we make them! Step into our kitchen and see how the magic happens, where you will learn to whip your own meringue, pipe and bake shells, and fill macarons like the pros! And as an added seasonal bonus, we will be making PUMPKIN SPICE macarons!

Where: 636 East Fillmore Avenue, East Aurora, New York
When: Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
$85 per participant. Each participant will make, bake, and fill 18 macarons to take home.
there is a $5 tip per person added to each ticket to go to the lead class instructor
